– Virology and Molecular Biology
(i) Diagnostic and vaccine development for viral disease in livestock
(ii) Molecular approaches to fight shrimp viral diseases
(iii) Antiviral agents for dengue virus
(iv) Explore viral replication and host’s gene expression profiles upon viral infection
(v) Functional study of relevant genes; cloning, expression, purification and characterization from any interested viruses or hosts.
